There will be our choice menu during this period but we will also have some more "Party Night" evenings where you can "dine and Dance"

Traditional Homemade Minestrone Soup with Cheese Croute
Fans of Honeydew Melon served with a Wild Fruit Coulis dressed with compote of Winter fruits.
Warm Tartlet of Roast Tomato, basil and Mature Cheddar served on crisp Salad with a homemade Onion Chutney
Course pork pate served on a bed of winter leaves and served with Onion Chutney and crunchy French bread toast
Fresh home Hickory Smoked chicken and cracked black pepper ceaser salad.
“It’s back” Affinity’s Welsh rarebit with Mature Cheddar and smoked bacon festively with a touch of cranberry served on colourful leaves and served with an Apple Chutney
Fried breaded goat’s cheese on a bread croute on a bed of mixed leaves served with cranberry chutney.
Scottish Salmon and cream cheese fishcakes with a mixed leaf salad served with a lemon crème freche dip

Roast Sirloin of Beef served on home roasted tomatoes with Red Onion with a rich Red Wine Jus and Yorkshire Pudding if you want!
Roasted Maigret Duck breast sliced on a bed of red cabbage and cranberry’s served with a reduced sauce of cranberry and port wine sauce
Grilled Pork Loin in red wine sauce served on a creamy spring onion and mature cheddar mash
Roasted Leg of English Lamb served with a mélange of roasted Root Vegetables served with a light Jus
Supreme of Chicken stuffed with <city><place>Cumberland sausage stuffing wrapped in Smoked bacon served with a button mushroom cream sauce.
